With her kitchen overlooking the sea and the County Down coast to the South East and on a clear day, Scotland to the North East, it’s easy to see why nature inspires the fresh and natural flavour combinations of Linda’s delicious sweets.
She only uses natural extracts and essences to give a fresh true flavour, and simple natural colourings. Her ethos is simple, to provide the best possible version of a small treat to be savoured, content in the knowledge that you’re not eating chemicals!
