Producer Katrina Lynch came up for the idea for her business when training as a chef having noticed that it was difficult for chefs to cater for those on a gluten free diet, especially when it came to the pastry selection, because of cross contamination.
Knowing a lot of celiac sufferers, she decided to start a business that meant eating out on a gluten free diet didn’t mean giving up all your favourite treats. Katrina’s aim is to provide her customers and caterers with a wide range of great value products suitable for those on a GF diet, without the risk of cross contamination.
