Blackfire Artisan Foods is the result of 30 years of travel by Tim McCarthy, a passionate street artist, gower, alchemist and chilli fanatic. Having eaten and fallen in love with street food throughout central and North America, Africa, the Far East and Middle East, as well as Europe and Indian subcontinent. Tim founded Blackfire foods in 2014 to satisfy his appetite for fiery food. Blackfire artisan foods products don't just taste amazing... their unique fresh chilli sauces are also vegan friendly and are both allergen and gluten free. They grown 2 dozen varieties of peppers from medium hot to super hot as well as lots of other fruits, vegetables and herbs used in their sauces.
