Jayne Paget is a former Home Economics academic who wanted to recreate delicious traditional flavours which she feels have been lost in so many of today’s over-processed foods and that’s where she got her vision for Erin Grove Preserve’s. Jayne makes all her delicious jams and chutneys in small batches using time-honoured traditional methods and high quality ingredients sourced from local producers where possible, to create flavours and colours that ‘just sing’. Many of Erin Grove’s recipes have been handed through generations, while other’s have been created and adapted by Jayne for new an exciting additions to her range such as her ‘Sour Cherry & Cracked Black Pepper’ and ‘Chilli and Lime’ Fruits for Cheese...delicious! Jayne started up Erin Grove in 2001 and the business has gone from strength, with her preserves picking up some impressive awards along the way.
