Hollah Preserving was first set up in September 2014 by good friends Trudy Hodkinson and Paula Latuske, in an attempt to preserve their sanity, as well as fruit and vegetables from their neighbours’ surrounding allotments.
Paula had been making chutneys as gifts for friends and family for years and having spent 2 years in the US with her family Trudy was keen to use her experience in sales to start up her own business. So, the creative duo decided to combine their talents (and even their names) to start up ‘Hollah!’ a business selling delicious artisan preserves with a unique kick.
